| Description | This was the first project in Hong Kong in which the Combined Services Co-ordination design was applied and the contractors had CSCD drawings to work on. M&P was the first to introduce such technique to Hong Kong. M&P also produced a number of innovative M&E designs in this building that remain unique in Hong Kong. |
