| Description | This is a project to convert the existing classrooms into 20 new wet laboratories with total area more than 30,000 sq.ft.. The new laboratory facilities are designed with negative pressure in its MVAC system to control accidental contamination and to ensure public safety. The project also required adding new neutralization plant to and the upgrading of the existing service the new facilities. |
