| Description | This is a project to build a luxury residential development on top of the Peak (the most prestigious location in Hong Kong), and comprising 52 low-rise apartments, 16 duplexes and 8 town houses. They were fully fitted out for rental investment, and complete with heated swimming pools and communal recreational facilities. The project was successfully completed in 2000. |
| Highlight | Due to its location on top of the Peak, the apartments and town houses are often above the cloud level and encounter severe humidity and condensation problems. This requires prevention of air infiltration into the buildings, controlled fresh air supply systems and very energy efficient dehumidification systems. |
